fortitude / Clay Camero

"Fortitude walks

the silent sun-bleached miles

stretches its brown neck

and leans in prayer...

At times like these I'm lucky I'm Clay

Molded by water

Hardened by the fire

Let the water drip on down

Face my fears in the darkness..."

Diamonds in rough Terrain

The most haunting blues to come out of New Portland Maine, EVER. These are the songs of Alan Samuel "the yeti" Trudell, musical genius, possessed by the spirits of the Dead River, stirred by the howls of the cold north wind. His guitar came out of the trash, and his mind is somewhere in the gravel pit behind the graveyard. Arm in arm with his beautiful partner, Inge, singing chilling sirens straight from the mists of Avalon, these Diamonds in Rough Terrain are sure to blaze you into a fever, then dance you to your icy grave.
